Appointments & Booking

Reserve in advance for your preferred time.

  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
  • You can book online, by phone, or walk in.
  • If you have any trouble booking online, feel free to call us — we're happy to assist.

Cancellations & No-Shows

A little heads-up keeps things running smoothly.

  • Please provide at least 5 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.
  • For emergencies, kindly call the salon directly.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges or require a deposit.

Late Arrivals

15-minute grace period to keep things on track.

  • Please arrive on time to enjoy your full service.
  • A grace period of up to 15 minutes is allowed.
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled services.
  • In some cases, unfinished services may require a new appointment.

Payment

Settled at the time of your service.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • We accept cash, debit, and mobile payments.
  • All services and products are non-refundable.

Service Guarantee

Warranty on chipping and breakage.

  • 7 days warranty for shellac services.
  • 14 days warranty for artificial nails (acrylic, bio gel, Gel-X).
  • Covers chipping or breakage not caused by misuse or accidents.

Satisfaction & Communication

Speak up — we want you to love every detail.

  • We always want you to love your nails. Please confirm your color, shape, and design with your technician before leaving.
  • Once you leave the salon, it is understood that you are satisfied with the service.
  • Please contact us within 24 hours if you experience any issues so we can assist you promptly.
  • Adjustments after your visit may be subject to a fee depending on the situation.

Right to Refuse Service

Your safety and comfort come first.

  • For the safety and comfort of everyone, we may respectfully refuse service to clients with contagious conditions, infections, or open wounds.
  • We are not allowed to treat ingrown toenails. Please consult a specialist for treatment.
  • We may also refuse service to anyone displaying rude or inappropriate behavior.
  • We are committed to maintaining a safe and relaxing environment for all.

Salon Experience

  • During busy times, another technician may assist to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • On weekends or peak hours, a short wait may occur — even with appointments. We appreciate your patience.
  • Please limit the number of accompanying guests to help maintain a relaxing environment.
